Under his leadership, Western Union expanded to over 200 countries and became a digital payments pioneer. Fluent in English, German, and Turkish, he offers deep cultural and regulatory insight across markets. His strategic vision and global network make him a key partner in guiding founders through international expansion.

    Managing Director

    Benan Ersek is a cross-border entrepreneur and operator with experience across the U.S. and Europe. As a dual citizen fluent in English and German, and conversational in Spanish, he brings a multicultural lens to early-stage investing and international advisory. He co-leads the family office, focusing on market entry strategy, global growth, and founder support. A former Division I and professional athlete, Benan approaches every engagement with discipline, empathy, and long-term vision.
